Some ideas to ensure you make the most of the upcoming seasonal tade:
- STRICT cancellation, 30 days 100% at least
- Use MINIMUM length of stays
- OUTPRICE your highest priced competitor by 10%
- The rate needs to stop demand NOT availability
- Do NOT hold unpaid reservations
- Request to CANCEL unpaid Booking.com reservations – give them 24 hours
- Ensure you and your team understand and APPLY the difference between a payment policy and a cancellation policy
- USE a waitlist
- Consider HOLDING back 20% of your inventory and resell to your waitlist
