Some ideas to ensure you make the most of the upcoming seasonal tade:

  • STRICT cancellation, 30 days 100% at least
  • Use MINIMUM length of stays
  • OUTPRICE your highest priced competitor by 10%
  • The rate needs to stop demand NOT availability
  • Do NOT hold unpaid reservations
  • Request to CANCEL unpaid Booking.com  reservations – give them 24 hours
  • Ensure you and your team understand and APPLY the difference between a payment policy and a cancellation policy
  • USE a waitlist
  • Consider HOLDING back 20% of your inventory and resell to your waitlist
