As we analyze the data, it’s clear that September has consistently been a pivotal month for our growth and strategy implementation. By comparing this year’s figures with those from previous years, we can better understand trends and make informed decisions moving forward. The movement in actual performance recorded in September 2025 when compared to the same month in prior years depicted below:

Outlook for October & November 2025
The anticipated performance for the two-month period of October and November 2025 is outlined below, comparing the latest forecasts with previous projections and historical results:

Occupancy:
October 2025 is expected to reach 72.5% based on the 30-day forecast, slightly lower than the 73.4% projected 60 days earlier. This reflects an improvement over the 68.8% achieved in October 2024. November 2025 is showing a strong outlook with a forecast of 78.2%. -
Average Room Rate (ARR):
The 30-day October 2025 forecast shows an ARR of R2 768, up from the R2 388 projected 60 days prior, and significantly higher than the R2 184 achieved in October 2024. November 2025 is forecasted to reach an even stronger ARR of R3 038. -
RevPAR:
RevPAR for October 2025 is forecasted at R2 006 (30-day outlook), compared to R2 184 from the earlier 60-day forecast and up from the R1 503 actuals of October 2024. November 2025 is expected to deliver a RevPAR of R2 375.
Overall, the projections for late 2025 indicate strong performance, with steady occupancy, rising rates, and solid RevPAR growth supported by improved market demand and pricing strength.
