      • They avoid attachments (to things and people)
      • They go for high investment low expenses
      • They have a superior work / life balance
      • They are always online

        • Freelancers, Entrepeneurs. Remote employee teams
        • (designers, writers, IT professionals, ecommerce, photography etc)

    Why this way?

      • Desperate to get away from routine
      • Need full freedom and flexibility
      • They are ‘ok’ with being ‘a hobo with a laptop’
      • Prioritising work life balance above all else
      • Love to travel
      • Avoidance of office politics and traditional work environments
      • Pushed away by high cost of living
      • Poor availability in local job market

      • Sell per person and not per room
      • Sell (room) bed only rate
      • Advertise rate per person
      • Capture bed number vs room number in PMS
      • Free, uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled, fibre quality WiFi
      • Vouchers with discounted or value added services and single item prices (food and beverage) ‘forget plates of food’
      • Flexibility of arrival and departure times
      • Accept card-less, online or cryptocurrency as payment
      • Provide access to public area with enough relaxation spots (with wifi)
      • Docking stations and charging ports throughout
